Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on sale items. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.

Condition of Items
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Hair-on-Hide Patterns or Color
We do not accept returns or exchanges related to hair-on-hide pattern or color variations.

Starting a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@abitoamerica.com. If your return is approved, please send the item back to:

Exchanges

• If the item you are exchanging is of lesser value than your original purchase, the price difference will be issued as store credit.
• If the item is of higher value, an invoice will be sent for the difference.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a store credit code will be issued to you for use during checkout.
