No Order Cancellations or Cash Refunds
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We do not offer cash refunds. For approved returns, store credit will be issued.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on sale items. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.
Condition of Items
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Hair-on-Hide Patterns or Color
We do not accept returns or exchanges related to hair-on-hide pattern or color variations.
Starting a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@abitoamerica.com. If your return is approved, please send the item back to:
1954 Airport Rd, Unit 614, Atlanta, Georgia 30341, at your expense. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- If the item you are exchanging is of lesser value than your original purchase, the price difference will be issued as store credit.
- If the item is of higher value, an invoice will be sent for the difference.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a store credit code will be issued to you for use during checkout.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue and make it right.
